At ECP near C/P F2, a drainage pipe leading to the sea is submerged by water at high tide. This structure has become a food source for sea life.
In between high and low tides, a person can stand safely on it and fish from there
although he has to do it very carefully, owing to its slippery surface.
Fish which can be hooked here include kerapu (grouper),
ikan sembilang (catfish), eel and ikan pasir-pasir (silago).
Practising C&R (Catch and Release), after the picture was taken, Albert
released the eel above unharmed into the waves to live and fight another day. |
