There is a good long stretch of the coast created by the dam wall that you can fish from. Access is by climbing down the granite chunks carefully lest you fall and get cut by the rocks.
I have heard claims of good fishing for KBL (kimbaklo) / Sea Bass, but have not witnessed any such catch personally. Only ikan kekek (ponyfish) and catfish. You need adequate sunshade as there are no trees, and a raincoat/umbrella when it rains.
